Who can see your information

Customer access to a business's saved figures is controlled through business membership checks and database access policies. Service providers also process information as described below.

The Northstar Consulting Ltd demonstration uses illustrative sample figures only and never shows a customer's information.

Connection to Treviloq

The Treviloq website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. That protects information while it travels between your browser and Treviloq; on its own it does not describe how information is stored.

Providers

Treviloq is built and hosted using Lovable and its Lovable Cloud service, which stores account and business information. The Treviloq database is located in Europe (Frankfurt). This describes where the database is held; it does not cover every provider or where AI requests are processed.

Business Mentor and AI

Business Mentor is optional. When you use it, your question, recent conversation and a summary of your business's figures from Treviloq are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI model so it can answer.

Business Mentor's answers are guidance, not professional financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
